                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
                  FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE
                  CITY OF CHATTANOOGA AND JOINTLY WITH HAMILTON
                  COUNTY AS LESSORS, A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR W.
                  MAX FINLEY STADIUM - GORDON L. DAVENPORT FIELD
                  WITH THE STADIUM CORPORATION, AS LESSEE, IN
                  THE FORM ATTACHED HERETO.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE That the Mayor and City Finance Officer be 

       and are hereby authorized to execute a Lease Agreement on behalf
       of the City of Chattanooga, jointly with Hamilton County as
       lessors, of W. Max Finley Stadium - Gordon L. Davenport Field 
with
       the Stadium Corporation, as lessee, in the form attached hereto.
